FAQ

Application & Everyday Use

How should the 8T3 Essentials Lash & Brow Serum be applied correctly?
The serum comes with a small applicator brush, similar to an eyeliner brush. Wipe off any excess serum, then draw a thin line along the lash line, once a day on thoroughly cleansed skin.
Why is such a small amount sufficient?
Soluble CD83 is a highly active ingredient, so even small amounts deliver results. One pass along the lash line is enough, there is no need to go over the same area again.
How often should the 8T3 Essentials Lash & Brow Serum be applied?
Once daily is ideal, preferably in the evening after removing makeup. Anyone with sensitive skin who notices mild burning or redness can reduce the frequency to two or three times per week without a meaningful loss of effect.
Can makeup affect how well the serum works?
Yes. The serum needs to reach the follicle channels, and a thick layer of makeup on the eyelid will stop it from getting there. Removing makeup thoroughly before applying the serum is not optional.
Can using the serum cause skin irritation?
The 8T3 Essentials Lash & Brow Serum is generally very well tolerated. In people with very sensitive skin, mild irritation may occur. In that case, reducing the frequency from once a day to two or three times per week is the recommended step.

Description

The 8T3 Essentials Lash & Brow Serum comes with a small applicator brush, similar to the kind used for eyeliner. Wipe off any excess serum, then draw a thin line along the upper lash line. The lower lash line and eyebrows can be treated the same way, wherever more fullness is wanted.

Once daily is sufficient, preferably in the evening on thoroughly cleansed skin. Removing makeup properly first is not optional: a thick layer on the eyelid will prevent the serum from reaching the follicle channels.

Soluble CD83 is a highly active ingredient, so one pass is all it takes. Anyone with very sensitive skin who notices mild irritation or redness can reduce the frequency to two or three times per week.
