Accessibility Statement

Mallia Aesthetics GmbH is committed to making its website and digital services accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) and the BFSG Ordinance. Our assessment is based on EN 301 549 (V3.2.1) in conjunction with the WCAG 2.2, Level AA.

This accessibility statement applies to the domain www.8t3.com (product and information pages of the shop).

State of Conformity

The website has been reviewed internally against EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.2 (AA) (self-assessment).

At present, the website is partially accessible. We are continuously working to identify and remove remaining barriers.

It is particularly important to us that everyone can use our shop without barriers. We are constantly improving accessibility and welcome your feedback—please report issues using the contact options below.

Non-Accessible Content

Based on our current knowledge, the following items are not yet fully accessible or are under review:

  • Keyboard operation / focus: Certain interactive components (e.g., sliders/accordions) are still being reviewed for continuous keyboard access, focus order, and focus visibility (WCAG 2.1.1, 2.4.3, 2.4.7).
  • Contrast: Some brand color combinations may not consistently meet minimum contrast requirements (WCAG 1.4.3).

Planned Measures & Timeline

  • Planned (0–6 months): Adjust contrasts; provide captions for new videos.
  • Ongoing: Editorial guidelines (language, structure, links), QA processes, and regular re-tests.

Preparation of this Statement

This statement was prepared on 3 November 2025 on the basis of an internal self-assessment and is updated regularly and as needed.
